Candlesence is a journey driven by passion. It’s born out of sheer love for poetry and nature. We are nestled in the foothills of the Great Himalaya, a small slow- living hill town called Kalimpong. Where the time just beats to the mountains in their timeless grace.

The products are totally handcrafted and piously prepared from natural and organic ingredients all ethically sourced from local farms and vendors across the country.
Ingredients and packaging materials are sourced from local and sometimes from indigenous groups.

I am extremely proud of the products I create.  Each one is handmade by me with lots of love and care.  My hope is you feel the same way after you try them!

We specialize in handcrafted soap, body products, and candles made with natural and sustainable ingredients.  We craft our soap using the traditional cold process method using skin-loving oils, botanicals, milk, mineral-rich clays, and moisturizing butter that help to nourish your skin.  Our soaps and body products are made fresh and in small batches in Kalimpong, India.

Talking of ethical sourcing, we like any other indigenous tribes in the world believe in restoring what we take from Mother Earth. We have planted fir saplings, fruit trees, flowers in parks and catchment areas with the hope of bringing balance in our own modest ways to the flora and fauna!
